pretty straightforward ska, I don't know what 3rd wave means, but this reminds me a lot more of the Punk-o-rama 3 album from way back when, to get real general.
Great vocals, a little too harsh at the high range, they could use a little purer tone up there, I think that would give a more sensual edge to this song.
the whole quiet vocal section didn't work very well, I think changing the voice or swinging your head while singing in front of the mic would've been a lot more effective at a bridge.
great song, nice nearly dark melodies.

Good rockin' beat. Blasts off nicely. Ventures into some hard rock territory in a nice way.
