I enjoy the energy in this piece. And the lyrics are both clever and funny.
The horns are good. The drums have a lot of punch in them in this recording and that feels real good.
I wish that the was a bit higher in the mix. I also wish that the distorted guitar was a bit less distorted because for my ears it would have blended in better. But hell, that's just my
This recording has a nice ensemble feel to it.
I like the dynamic changes that this goes through. I REALLY like the tempo change at about 3:00. That slower groove is cool as hell. Such a deep, deep groove. Sometimes the horn get a nice growl in it in that part.
